  • Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?"
    1. You cannot return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or have the original tags attached to the original packaging. 2. Items with non-returnable marks and free bonus gifts cannot be returned.
  • What is the fulfillment time?
    Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days: 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 2-7 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.) 2-7 bus. days for ready to ship veils, so please check the correct variant. 16 - 18 bus. days for the not-ready ship veils, so please check the correct variant. 98.88% of our orders are shipped within less than 5 business days unless it is made to order like some veils. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
  • Do all items in orders always ship together?
    There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging differences, but we are working on optimizing the process. These products are mugs, wall art, stickers, jewelry, backpacks, pillows with stuffing, snapback hats, trucker hats, dad hats/baseball caps, and visors. In some cases, products from the same order can also be fulfilled in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. Assembled bags or boxes will be shipped with items grouped together on one shipping order for easier convenience for your or your loved ones' special day. Remember, last-minute holiday shopping is held up by post offices for delivery and other externalities as well, so kindly pre-order for the holidays and use the early holiday discounts you can get for creating a free member account.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order is ready to go, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number. You can click on that number to see the latest updates on the location of your shipment via our tracking page sent to your phone or email, whichever is filled in at check out.
  • How can I tell if a Printful order has been fulfilled?
    Once an order is fulfilled, you receive an email from Printful. In addition, a tracking number appears beside the item in the Wix dashboard.
  • Are you notified when your order is shipped?
    Yes. When Printful fulfills an order, a shipping confirmation email is sent to you. This email is sent from my store brand and looks identical to other emails sent to you.
  • How can you and I track orders?
    The tracking number is sent to you in the shipping confirmation email. In addition, if you signed up to our site via your Members Area, you can view the tracking number in your personal My Orders page. I can view the tracking number in the Wix dashboard. It is added automatically when the order is fulfilled. The tracking number also appears in the email sent to you by us when an order is fulfilled.
  • Is shipping free for America and other international countries?
    Yes. Feel free to double check if your country is on the list of international locations for free shipping, before ordering and to get an ETA on shipping timelines.
